PETE'S CHOCKY ROCKS
(Great in lunch boxes or as a snack between meals)
Ingredients:
250 grams butter or marg
125 grams castor sugar
2 eggs
2 cups self-raising flour
1/2 cup sultanas
100 grams choc bits or crushed choc counters
4 cups corn flakes or similar
1/2 tspn vanilla
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, sifted flour, sultanas & choc bits, then stir in corn flakes.
Place t-spoonfuls on greased tray or roll in cornflakes & place on tray. Bake 15-20 mins in a moderate oven. |
